Policies and Procedures

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns as all of our items are vintage.  We do our best to accurately describe each item and are more than happy to provide you with as much information as possible before your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kineticmodern.com.

Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping varies on the size of each piece and where you are located. If you’d like a quote on shipping, send us your full address including zip code, along with a link to the piece you want shipped. We offer curbside delivery and white glove depending on your needs.  Also feel free to message us with any questions about shipping (costs, insurance, etc).
