MID CENTURY CREDENZA BY AUSTINSUITE

This vintage mid-century credenza was produced by Austinsuite Furniture. This small credenza has a wonderful design and is an excellent storage piece, it has beautifully shaped brass drawer pulls and a rich tone to the wood. Produced in mahogany, the credenza is a neat piece with some nice touches. With ample storage space, consisting of three central drawers and cabinet storage on either side. A nice touch is the tambour door that slides open on the top revealing a storage compartment.

Founded by in London by Herschel Lewis Austin and his three brothers, Austinsuite were respected makers of teak and afrormosia wood furniture manufactured by F. Austin Leyton Ltd. in the 50s and 60s made to a modern design influenced by 'Scandinavian style'.
