Set of Eight Dining Chairs by William Lawrence, 1970s
A handsome set of eight mid-century dining chairs by William Lawrence, comprising six side chairs and two matching carver chairs. The frames are crafted in warm-toned teak with gently curved backs and slender vertical splats, giving the set an elegant, light profile while retaining a strong architectural presence.
The two armchairs feature beautifully shaped open arms that echo the curves of the backrests, while all eight chairs have newly upholstered seats in a richly textured woven fabric with warm rust, orange, cream, and dark accents.Â
A versatile and well-proportioned set with a distinctly British mid-century character, ideal for use around a large dining table.
